After 6 years of design, research and development, manufactured 61types of forging bucket teeth. The weight of individual product ranges from 1.6kg to 24kg, which can meet various types of excavators in the market, such as Komatsu series, Daewooseries, Caterpillarseries, Kobelco series, Hyundai series Hitachi series, Sany series, single hook series, etc.

The company now has two office buildings and five modern forging workshops, specializing in forging processing. Forging equipment mainly includes: 3000 tons of hydraulic press, two 1600 tons of friction press, 1200 tons of hydraulic press, 3 tons of hydraulic hammer, large band sawing machine, 750 tons of air hammer, 1000 tons of electric screw hydraulic press, 630 tons of electric screw hydraulic press, CNC machining center, isothermal hot processing production line, advanced natural gas heating and other forging and processing equipment. The forging weight can be up to 30 tons, and can be contracted to forge all kinds of forgings within 30 tons.
